View your hand history by clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the top left corner of the software, then select either ‘Cash Table History’ or ‘Tournament History’.
You can use our powerful Video Re-player to replay your poker hands in which you have participated. To access the video player, click on the VIDEO icon on the lobby or the camera icon on the table to access the video player. Follow the instructions provided to choose the hand to play the hand you wish.
Set the time of the software to either your local time or the server time (default setting) by clicking on the down facing arrow in the top right corner of the software. From here you can select your preferred time.
Yes! Select ‘Cash Tables’ in the software and scroll down to ‘Play Money’, where you can join tables and play for free.
If for any reason you lose your connection while playing a tournament, the action will continue, unfortunately, without you. Your blinds and antes will be posted automatically. Log back into the software as soon as possible to continue to play. If you are unable to reconnect, you will be blinded/anted out of the tournament. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Disconnect your modem and/or restart your computer. You may want to speak with your Internet provider regarding your connectivity. If the issue persists, please contact support.
In the event of a malfunction, Poker Saint liability shall be to the amount of money wagered on the table by the player who suffered the malfunction and where the malfunction is acknowledged by Poker Saint to have been caused by a technical error. Poker Saint will then refund any such amount to the players account.
