I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

You can reset your password manually by going to the main software screen, and clicking on ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your information and a link to change your password will be emailed to your registered Poker Saint email address. If you receive an error message, please contact support with your full name and address and we will help you get back in the game.

How can I change my personal details?

If your email or mailing address have changed, then you will need to update the details of your personal account, contact support via email or phone to be in touch with a support representative who will go through a verification process with you and update your account details.

How do I access my account information?

View your account information by clicking on the 'My Account' button at the top left corner in the software, or contact support to verify any details that you do not see listed.

Can I change my screen name at Poker Saint?

We do not allow change to a screen name on Poker Saint due to accounting constraints.
